Warranty

We pride ourselves in being the leader in manufacturing innovation design quality products backed by customer service support. Our products are given the highest standards of testing prior to shipment. Nevertheless, should any issues arise, We will respond as follows.

Repairs & Return

    Limited Warranty

    C&G Systems warrants the original purchaser and its products under normal use, in accordance with operating instructions, will perform to the specifications published by C&G at the time of purchase, for the following periods, from the dat of purchase by the consumer:

    • Ballasts: Two Years
    • Lighting Fixtures: One Year

    Warranty Time

    About the products Buyer purchased, its warranty time will eventually start from the date when they are sold. 

     

    However, about this calculation, the maximum period between the date when products were purchased and the date when they are sold shall not exceed three months, or rather the warranty time of C&G shall not exceed maximum time, 12 months. 

     

    Outside the warranty time, the paid or unpaid service depends on the products specific conditions, and Buyer and the users should actively cooperate to avoid the loss, or Buyers irresponsible for the loss.

  • 03

    Repairs / Replacement Parts

    All repairs or replacement parts warranty time shall be twelve (12) months or the end of the original warranty period. These warranties are in addition to all other warranties, expressed or implied and shall survive delivery, inspection, acceptance or payment by Buyer.

     

    About after-sales service, C&G is only responsible for Buyer while Buyer is responsible for end users and lower level distributors.

     Exclusions & Limitations

    External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling or other external causes unrelated to product performance.

     

    Improper operation of the product.

     

    Extreme environmental conditions (electric line voltage or temperature) beyond those defined in the product specification.

     

    Any unauthorized modification or alteration to the product.
